The previous tenant had left this property in a complete state and the landlord approached us to see if we could let the property while the improvement works were going on, on the basis that the works would be completed prior to move-in and avoid any unnecessary void period. A tenant was secured well in advance of the work being complete and moved in immediately once work was done.
