Good news for residents of E1 as the building planned for 90 Devil's Tower Road is now set to be a lower-rise build, according to reports by GBC.
In 2022 plans were submitted to Town Planning which would have seen a 34 storey building dwarf the 21 storey E1 and block light from apartments on the west side.
According to reports by GBC today, architects Orfila intend to file plans for a smaller building by the end of the month.
A notice confirming plans for the development has now been published – with the public having until the end of the month to put forward any representations.
